WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping is available for all across Canada, USA, Europe and United Kingdom.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Our current production & shipping cycle can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. We will always try to get your product to you as soon as possible. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are free to make changes to your order at any time before the product is shipped. Please email if you wish to cancel an order. Once the item is shipped, you can explore your return and exchange options based on our policies.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

DO I HAVE TO COVER THE SHIPPING FEE WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT ITEM?

Yes. Shipping fees will only be covered if the item was sent to you by mistake or the item was damaged. Should any errors or damages occur, we kindly request you send a photo showing the damage so we can verify and improve our system moving forward.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

For any items returned, please allow up to 5-10 business days from the day we receive the item(s) for the refund to be processed.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You are given 5 days after receiving the product to request an exchange or refund for the product you have received. Items must be in their original condition and unworn. Please email us to request a refund and/or exchange and we will provide the return address to satisfy your needs.
